- Create and prepare proofs and artworks from initial concept to completion.containing detailed information for clients approvals and production purposes.
- Potentially operated digital printing machines.
- Create print ready files for production.
- Retouch, resize and upload imagery.
- Create and develop internal marketing collateral.
- Prepare, attend and participate in team meetings.
- Sourcing information from internal team members and obtaining approvals for marketing campaigns.
- Develop engaging and appropriate marketing material and campaigns and corporate brand promotion in line with the overall marketing direction and our corporate values and vision.
- Develop manage social media and electronic marketing content and campaigns.
- Design and develop marketing collateral, e-newsletters, brochures, promotional products etc.
- Assist with preparation of proposals/tender submissions/presentations as required.
- Design and manage promotional mail-outs, manage mailing lists and databases, co-ordinate with external suppliers (printers, photographers etc)
- The role also provides general administrative support (reception, typing, document formatting, general office duties, functions/events etc) Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role you will need to be able to demonstrate:
the following skills:
- A relevant tertiary qualification and approx 3 years past experience in a marketing support role.
- Proven social media marketing campaign design and co-ordination skills.
- Past experience managing corporate social media, digital marketing platforms, marketing campaign design and co-ordination
- Experienced in the use of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Photoshop)
- Competent in the use of WordPress, SEO and Google Analytics, Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail and accurate proofreading skill with fast, accurate typing and data entry skills
- Polished communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
