  • - A relevant tertiary qualification and approx 3 years past experience in a marketing support role.
  • - Proven social media marketing campaign design and co-ordination skills.
  • - Past experience managing corporate social media, digital marketing platforms, marketing campaign design and co-ordination
  • - Experienced in the use of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Photoshop)
  • - Competent in the use of WordPress, SEO and Google Analytics, Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
  • - Strong attention to detail and accurate proofreading skill with fast, accurate typing and data entry skills
  • - Polished communication and interpersonal skills
  • - Strong organisational and time management skills
  • - Professional manner and presentation

  • - Operation of various production machines - printers and plotters

  • - Build and maintain effective relationships with Finance, and Business Unit Stakeholders.
  • - Ownership over the subsidiary reporting.
  • - Ownership over the Group asset reporting and management.
  • - Management of the completion of month end close, review monthly journals and ensuring reporting deadlines are met.
  • - Completion of monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliation review.
  • - Preparation and management of compliance and tax policies, reporting and lodgement requirements for subsidiaries which includes reporting.
  • - Assist with the preparation of the year end consolidated financial statements and manage responses to audit requests.
  • - Assist with annual budgeting and forecasting.
  • - Involvement in ongoing projects and process improvement initiatives.
